Bringing his new film to all corners of the earth, Johnny Depp was spotted at the premiere of "Alice in Wonderland" in Tokyo, Japan today (March 22).

Joined by director Tim Burton, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" stud looked to be in good spirits as he waved to fans at the Ebisu Garden Place.

Earlier in the day, Johnny was greeted by a massive crowd as he arrived at the Narita International Airport in Narita, Japan.

Responding to rumors that the remake might be a little to scary for children Johnny Depp told the press that his kids are big fans of his soon-to-be-released film "Alice in Wonderland."

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" stud told press, "My kids actually saw the film because I send them out there in the frontlines. They saw it - and they loved it."

For parents who are fearful that their kids may be frightened by the crazy visuals of the film, Johnny assured, "They absolutely adored it. They loved every character. They weren't freaked out by it whatsoever."

Japanese fans still have to wait awhile to see the film, though, as "Alice" doesn't official open to the public over there until April 17th.
