Edward Scissorhands (1990)
Johnny Depp played a creation who never received human hands from his inventor. He had scissors for hands and fell in love with a teenage girl while getting acclimated to society. Sleepy Hollow (1999)
Depp plays Ichabod Crane in this film based on the Washington Irving story. Crane is sent to investigate murders in Sleepy Hallow. Christina Ricci co-stars in this Tim Burton and Johnny Depp mystery.

Corpse Bride (2005)
Johnny Depp lent his voice in Tim Burton's Corpse Bride. This animated film is about a man who accidentally marries a corpse while reciting his wedding vows in the forest. He is dragged to the Land of the Dead and must find a way back to his fiancé.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005)
Fans of the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory were in for a treat when they saw Johnny Depp's interpretation of Willy Wonka. Tim Burton's updated version of the film included new musical numbers and made Wonka extremely scary. TMZ compared Wonka's eyewear to Nicole Richie's sunglasses.

Sweeney Todd (2007)
This Tim Burton and Johnny Depp movie is about a wrongfully accused barber who was recently released from jail. Fans got to hear Johnny Depp sing while seeking revenge. Helena Bonham Carter plays his partner in crime in this movie based on the Broadway musical.

Alice in Wonderland (2010)
Johnny Depp took on the role of the Mad Hatter in this movies based on the Lewis Carroll novel. This 3D film also starred Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and Mia Wasikowska. Burton's adaptation is the highest grossing out of all of his collaborations with Johnny Depp according to Entertainment Weekly.
