Caloosa Dive Club keeps their members advised of recalls on dive equipment and other important information via the club newsletter. To become a member of this scuba dive club, you must attend 3 meetings with in ninety days, submit an application, be voted into the club and pay a thirty five dollar fee for an individual or sixty dollars for a family.
The Active Divers Association is a scuba dive club in Florida, which can be found in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach and the Keys. This club offers many of the same benefits to its membership. It was organized in 1970 and focuses on diving safety and the ecology. The Active Divers Association organize dives from April through November and their membership fee is thirty five dollars. Some of their social events include bike rides and canoe trips. Their members also receive discounts from certain dive shops as well as referrals to instructors to help them improve their diving skills. With this scuba dive club, an individual is assigned as safety controller for every dive to maintain their excellent safety record.
South Florida Divers Inc. is a scuba dive club in Florida which was established in 1974. Again, this scuba dive club in Florida also sets up diving excursions and social events for their members. South Florida Divers Inc. do have a few more requirements for membership and their family dues run seventy dollars per year. The added requirements are that the potential member must be certified and have insurance which covers diving accidents. Membership with this scuba dive club in Florida will get you discounts at Divers Discount of 10%.
