The cost of food is another expense on an eating plan. The beauty of WW plan is that you do not have to buy their products. In fact there are no special foods that you need purchase ever. Every food available to man kind will fit on the Weight Watcher program. They do promote their products during meeting; however it is possible to find good quality products that will help in your weight loss efforts that do not have the name Weight Watchers on them. In fact you can continue to shop where you normally. Make a few changes in how you shop, such as using coupons, watching sales and only shopping on double coupon days and the grocery bill may get smaller along with your waist line.
Another great secret on how to pay for meetings is using your FSA (Flexible Spending Plan) which is offered through your employer. The Federal Government allows for these monies to pay for obesity. Making a simple appointment with your family doctor and obtaining a letter written by them. The letter should state either your BMI score or that is medically necessary for you to lose weight. Once you have this letter, you can use your FSA monies for meeting fees.
