"Joining the Dance of Life~30 Days to a Happier You" by Cindy Tuttle

This Inspirational Book Will Show You How to Find Joy in Life

Diane Zoller-Ciatto
Just looking at the cover of this book will bring joyful feelings. The lady dressed in white standing at the shore with the breeze in her hair is just a peek into the inside elation you will feel. Although this book is meant to read one chapter each day for thirty days, you will find it hard to just stop there.

Cindy Tuttle is one of
my favorite writers on the Yahoo! Contributor Network, but her credits do not stop there. She is a motivational speaker and author of several books and has been featured in numerous publications, television and radio with her Christian inspiration. Her inspirational works on Y!CN are many and she was named a "Rising Star" in 2010.

Each day you will be reading a beautiful poem. With place to write exactly what the poem means to you then a reflection to read will enhance what the poem meant to you and another several blank lines to add your feelings as to the reflection. This book will become both yours and Cindy's as you write your own thoughts based on the info in the book.

The chapters provide such subjects as: joy, love, hope, loneliness, fun, patience, loss, honesty, friendship, courage, freedom, children, nature and the five senses.

In the topic "Getting Older" I loved the poem:

Maybe I have a few gray hairs

Maybe I'm not as trim as I was

I may not be as fast

And may have a few miles

On my tires of life

But my dreams and

My love of life

Are just as they were when

I was young, only better

I have seen and experienced many things

But what I have that age

Can never take away

Is love of life

Love of people

And learning something new every day.

If that poem does not mean anything to you, then you are still too young to understand its meaning. The reflection in that chapter talks about "senior moments" and how facing old age can be done with animosity and fear or just waking up each day and being happy to be alive; to look for the joy in life rather than the sadness.

I recommend this book to anyone who could use a happy shot of adrenalin to boost their feelings. This is winter and many people go through depression due to being stuck inside the house. So open the window and look at that God's grace has brought, if you have a warm place to be and a roof over your head, it's a joy to behold. So be like Cindy Tuttle and join the dance of life!
