Jolie 'Officially' a Single Mother

Legal papers Brad Pitt finally had his lawyers draw up in December 2009 were definitely necessary after Jolie appeared not to accept Pitt's annual attempts to move on. Ending was in the air since at the start of 2007, when Pitt moved out of the New Orleans home he purchased just weeks before. But by the end of 2009, it became more than necessary for him to call in the legal team to make it exceedingly clear to Ms. Jolie that she and Pitt are declared "over." The signed legal documents formally made Jolie a single mother of six. Still Jolie attempts to declare herself and Pitt back on much in the way ex-wife Jennifer Aniston did five year ago. Even after the two have also signed legal separation papers, Jolie appears determined to continue the charade of this the unceremonious union in the media. Apparently, Pitt found the task of playing nice guy for the sake of peaceful circumstances in their parting ways behind the scenes early on last year and presumably the year before just not feasible or realistic at all. Jolie's very volatile history played a big part in Pitt's legal teaming being called in to deal someone like Jolie who essentially has been hunting him down since their co-starring in 2004. Incidentally, Pitt was still very much married to then wife Jennifer Aniston during their co-starring.

Recent reports confirmed the legal documents officiating the formally parting of the two were signed January 2010. The signing formally ends the farce called "Brangelina' and means that Pitt is 'officially' a single man but also a single father. For two years leading up to the "official' split announcement in 2009, Jolie behaved as if she had a hold on Pitt through what appeared to be manipulation and overexposure of the children as some sort of a weapon over Pitt. Sadly, for the twice divorced, Angelina Jolie has failed to further realize the ploy. As that control went from her hands into the hands of the law, legally signed separation documents that also granted Pitt visitation rights, and mediators (who can be used in place of the parted ways Hollywood pair ever having to meet face to face again) once Pitt called in the lawyers. Ms. Jolie appears to not have understood the permanent ending aspect when she finally agreed to the meeting with the lawyers in Los Angeles earlier this month. The instantaneous mention of Jolie wanting %25 of Pitt's net worth may have been her motivation. Any assumption that meeting with the lawyers would also set the financial gain from Pitt in motion was mistakenly, as Jolie is not legally entitled to any amount of Pitt's net worth, finances, properties or future earnings.

No doubt Jolie and her team are scrambling to find a new ploy to lure or rope Pitt back under her control to her and his own detriment. Undoubtedly, Pitt was a great man before Ms. Jolie's two to three year antics as the pair did 'officially' announce their parting in April 2009. Pitt was only an actual free man in 2006 as he was not legally divorced until October 2005. Only for the pressures of promoting Pitt's 2009 film releases did the formal moving out of the shared home undergo such delay. A brand new start waits Brad Pitt in light of his coming to his senses much like St. John's Luxury Apparel who also dumped Ms. Jolie at the start of this year. Pitt is a "free' man for the sake of honest living and a truthful existence rather than the maliciousness of Ms. Jolie clinging on for dear life that turned into his worst nightmare. Now the mere former co-stars of Mr.and Mrs. Smith and the "Brangelina' soap opera style saga can be a thing of the past. Greater things are ahead for Brad Pitt.
