Jolie and Pitt Trot the Globe, Bollywood Pair Announce Plan to Marry, Diaz and Timberlake Split

Jolie and Pitt Trot the Globe
Hollywood's golden couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have started the new year with their usual ambitious travel schedule. Christmas and New Year's found the couple spending time with Columbian refugees now living in Costa Rica.

Pitt and Jolie are currently calling New Orleans home while Pitt is shooting the film Benjamin Button, costarring Cate Blanchett. Pitt is expected to continue his efforts with post Katrina rebuilding. No doubt charity minded Jolie will lend her support as well.

Dressed mostly in black the mega stars walked the red carpet for the Pitt produced, God Grew Tired of Us. With arms draped around one another the two only had eyes for each other. Well that and good causes. The documentary follows Sudanese refugees as they try and acclimate to life in the United State.

They topped off the last few weeks with trip to the Golden Globes where Brad's Babel won for best picture.

Rai and Bachchan Plan to Marry
Aishwarya Ra and Abhishek Bachchan have exchanged engagement ring and plan to marry later this year. Speculation about the relationship has captivated India for months. Fervor recently heightened when the actor's and their families were seen visiting Hindu temples- supposedly to pray for guidance.
The couples were said not to be in alignment.

Rai, Miss World 1994, is often touted as the most beautiful woman in the world. Bachchan, a star in his own right, is the son of Bollywood film legends Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.

Rai was previously linked to Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi. Abhishek Bachchan was formerly engaged to former actress Karisma Kapoor but the wedding did not take place. No date has been set for the wedding.

Diaz and Timberlake Split
Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have officially called it quits. The former boy bander and sultry star are have announced they are no longer and item. In a joint statement they couple said, ""It has always been our preference not to comment on the status of our relationship, but, out of respect for the time we've spent together, we feel compelled to do so now, in light of recent speculation and the number of inaccurate stories that are being reported by the media. We have, in fact, ended our romantic relationship and have done so mutually and as friends, with continued love and respect for one another."

Diaz has long said she never plans to marry. Some think Justin might have been itching to settle down and decided it was time to move on.
