Jon Gosselin Sued by TLC, Kate Gosselin Considering Legal Options After Hacking Claim

Jon Gosselin has been sued by TLC. TLC filed a lawsuit in Maryland against Jon Gosselin, father of 8. Jon Gosselin is sued today because TLC feels that he breached his contract.

According to New York Daily News, Jon Gosselin hasn't kept up his end of an exclusive deal with the network. Jon Gosselin is sued because he allegedly received pay to appear on other shows and made unauthorized disclosures about the show.

Jon Gosselin's lawsuit with TLC isn't the only pending legal issues for the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star. Gosselin's ex-nanny Stephanie Santoro told RadarOnline.com that Jon supposedly hacked into Kate's email account, phone, and internet bank accounts. This could lead to yet another twist to the legal battle ensuing between Jon and Kate.

Stephanie Santoro's allegations didn't come lightly. After Kate read the allegations, her lawyer issued a strong statement on her behalf: "Kate Gosselin has heard the allegations made by Stephanie Santoro that Jon Gosselin 'hacked' into her e-mails, phone, and online accounts, and she is profoundly disturbed by them. Under the circumstances, Ms. Gosselin is carefully considering all of her legal options regarding this matter, and she will pursue them if and when the time is right."

Of course, Jon denies ever invading Kate's privacy in any way.

The Jon Gosselin TLC lawsuit comes just days after Jon Gosselin was ordered by a judge to replace $180,000 in the couple's shared bank account after Kate alleged he took $230,000 without her permission.

All of the legal battle surrounding Jon Gosselin and Kate will surely fizzle eventually. Jon and Kate Plus 8 will go off the air in November. Perhaps the legal battles between Jon Gosselin, Kate Gosselin, and TLC are simply too much.

Since Jon and Kate Plus 8 will be going off air, one has to wonder how the couple will be able to sustain the home for their 8 children. The show has been the couple's bankroll, allowing them to own a home large enough to comfortably house 8 children.

TLC's lawsuit against Jon Gosselin may mark a battle, but in the end I feel that Jon Gosselin won the war. Jon Gosselin has recently been adamant about wanting his children off the air. With Jon and Kate Plus 8 ending in November, Jon may get his wish.

But is it what's good for the children? We will have to wait and see how Jon and Kate hammer out their legal and financial issues.
