Jovan Unveils Satisfaction, a New Fragrance for Men and Women

Even the appearance stands out; the men's fragrance comes in a small black box, with the name spelled out in gray. The rest of the letters are in black. The fragrance is contained in a clear bottle with a black lid. The women's fragrance comes in a pale peach colored box. The clear bottle has white lettering (Satisfaction's spelled out in red), capped off by a white lid.

I had a chance to try the women's fragrance; here's the results:

Now the description of Satisfaction for Women is that it's a mixture of exotic and sweet. And I found this to be exactly so.
When I first sprayed this on, a pleasant "sweet" aroma came out (the top notes are a mixture of sweet mango, pear and peach!). But the really cool thing about this fragrance is that it subtly changes throughout the day. I noticed that the sweet smell evolved (?) into a Far East flowery smell (the heart notes are lotus flower, ylang, ylang and exotic frangipane).
Toward day's end, the fragrance began to remind me (a little) of a sweeter version of Jovan White Musk (my all-time favorite!). It turns out that the bottom notes are derived of sultry musk, sandalwood and warm vanilla.
And I was indeed very satisfied by the fact that this fragrance lasted all day!

Sometimes when I'm wearing a certain scent or lotion, people will come up and make a positive comment (Fortunately, I haven't received a negative one yet!) about my aroma. No one did that in this case, BUT I did notice that people would sniff the air or look up as I walked or passed by (No one ran away, screaming in terror!).
I also noticed that I have to be careful as to what lotion or skin cream I use with Satisfaction (certain ones based on their scent, will clash with this! At times one may need to make a minor scent compatibility adjustment.)
With that being said, I would still definitely buy this and strongly recommend it to others.

My brother tried Jovan Satisfaction for Men and was very pleased:

"I really like the smell (the men's fragrance is a mix of fresh white basil, grapefruit, amber and masculine musk notes), but I felt that it could have lasted a little longer as the day went on".

"I think it's more of a younger person's scent,partly because of the affordability.
I didn't really notice any 'top notes' on underlying scents (the fragrance's top notes are grapefruit, basil, quince. the heart notes are rosemary, cardamom and cederwood and the bottom notes consist of tonka beans, labdanum and amber)."

"I would definitely buy Satisfaction for Men, because it's very affordable, considering there are $50 and $100 designer fragrances out there."

A couple of women even noticed the scent and complimented my brother on his good taste!
And Satisfaction for Men never clashed with his regular regular grooming products (such as deordorant, lotion geared for men, etc. It's suitable for everyday use).

"I would definitely buy Satisfaction for Men as a gift for my other brothers or long-time friends and the women's version for my girlfriend and female family members (Valentine's Day is coming up-hint, hint!).

"This would also make a great gift for your young son or daughter (perhaps age 15 and up)".
