He also said that we should worry about the "log" in our own eye, before we worry about the "splinter" in someone else's eye.
Every day, we are all subjected to others who take it upon themselves to judge others. They are far from perfect, yet they seem to think they have the right to condemn their fellow human beings. The world would be such a better place, if more people followed the guidelines God gave us to follow.
He knows us, and our strengths and weaknesses. In His supreme wisdom, he knows what we need to do to be happy in successful in life. He gave us His book of knowledge, to help us. If we would just take his words of wisdom to heart, we would all be a lot better off!
I am so tired of being subjected to ignorant people who criticize and put down others. They really need to stop, but it seems as if they will never get a clue. They are miserable inside, so they just seem to want to bring misery to everyone around them.
It is refreshing to find that most of the people here are not this way. I have been enjoying the comments and the articles that many of you have written. I see some really good people here. Many of you are very kind and compassionate, and that is so cool.
There are a few out there who seem to feel the need to attack and condemn others for their personal beliefs, though. I am saddened to find this, and hope that maybe they will someday be enlightened. We are not here to judge others. What we believe in our hearts is our own personal choice. Whether we are right or wrong is between us and our God.
It is not our place in life to judge others. That role is reserved for God. What we are to do is to "Love one another". That is what God wants us to do, and the world would be a much better place if we would just follow his advice. He is our Father, and He does know what is best for us.
I did not write this with the intention of "preaching" at anyone. I just wanted to remind them of these things that I'm sure they already know. Most of the articles I've read here are very unbiased articles, and I really enjoyed them. However, a few seem to be trying to condemn others for their personal beliefs. I do not think that is the reason for this site. I know we are free to speak our minds, but I do not feel we are free to condemn others for doing the same.
I'm wondering what the rest of you feel about this. Am I out of line here, or does anyone agree? Please let me know what you think.

Post a CommentWhat a great article! There is way to much judging of others in this world. I personally try to always remember what God says oin the Bible, that it is not for me to judge, but for Him to judge. Great job on this!
This is a wonderful article Butterfly! Yes we are free to speak our minds, the problem is some don't use their minds when they speak.
Keep up the good work!
I don't think you're out of line at all! I believe tolerance is the key to peace. True, I may espouse a certain set of beliefs, but that's my personal choice, and I don't thnk everyone should think just like me (thank GOD everyone don't think just like me!)
awesome job on this. yes people need to love one another.
Thank you all, for your awesome comments!
