Judge Susan Bolton and Obama Side with Illegal Invaders to Our Nation Instead of the American Public

Judge Susan Bolton, a Bill Clinton appointee, trampled upon the Constitution and put a hold on many of the key provisions of Arizona Bill SB1070. Many are outraged over this and the battle is far from over. We want our country back.

I recall Michelle Obama saying that "For the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country" after her socialist husband was nominated by the Democratic Party for President. I was greatly offended by this and thought it was hypocritical. Well I think I might half know were she is coming from. I love this country but today I was almost ashamed to be an American that the will of the American people and good people of Arizona could be thrown aside by a socialist president just so he can get the Latino vote and try to desperately maintain power.

As many people know illegal immigration is a huge problem in the country as a whole and astronomical in states that border Mexico like Arizona. Part of the problem is that the people of Mexico seem to think that the Mexican welfare office is the United States border. This is not supposed to be true, but the reality is that it's the truth. Think of it. they swim across the Rio Grande and have all sorts of bleeding heart liberals here that want to give them everything from social security to free healthcare and people who will give them jobs since they will do hard work for next to nothing ( at least right now. Wait till they are legal how they start trying to do things). If they have a child while here the kid automatically becomes a U.S. Citizen. Personally I think this is an insult to any American and is only by misreading the 14^th amendment to the Construction. The illegal invaders come here because of that. That child gets a free education. If the parents did not bother to learn English the other children who belong there are held up because the kid needs to be taught bi-lingual. They can get free lunch, WIC, food stamps and other benefits. The liberals will say illegal aliens can't get this things and that is just a lie. They can through their kids. Some illegal invaders without kids even get benefits. Barack Hussein Obama's aunt was here illegally (she has since been given asylum, which I am sure is not because her nephew is supposed to be the president) and lived in public housing in Boston. People who hire them illegally, birthright citizenship and all the leeching off of the American tax payer are the reason they come, stay, and destroy our nation from within.

Today Judge Susan Bolton completely disregarded the will of the American people, the law, and the safety of the people of Arizona and America. I firmly believe she did it for political reasons as that (insert adjective of choice) Obama has been doing this. He has refused to secure our border until the criminals who violated our laws and crossed illegally are rewarded with amnesty. I ant believe people still support him after that. The democrats used to try to "Out N-word" the Republicans and now they are doing the same with the Hispanics and both groups seem to not grasp it. The blacks especially should be concerned as they have more to lose with illegal invaders here. Just look at what is happening in Los Angeles. The fight is far from over and will probably go to the Supreme Court.

Many of the things that Judge Bolton put on hold blatantly violated Federal Law. One part of the Arizona law was that all legal immigrants had to carry proof that they have a right to be in the United States. This is a federal law that legal immigrants have to have their papers and can be detained or face penalties if they don't. The Arizona law mirrored federal law. She basically said the federal law was wrong because it "deprives" legal immigrants of the rights. They have limited rights if they are not citizens. They are a quest here and should have their papers if they don't they need to get out before being shown the door though examples of negative feedback by patriotic Americans.

She also held the part of the law requiring police to enquire about immigration status during a lawful contact could not stand. There is established case law that police can do this. I am sure patriotic officers will do this. Illegal is still illegal and the more we get out of this country the better off we are. They keep coming because of people like that disgrace to the nation Obama treating them with kid gloves. All the Arizona law was doing was insuring that the police do this. How would any liberal feel if an illegal alien got by a stop by a police officer and raped their daughter or killed their mother? That won't happen to people like Obama or Bolton though. It will be a decent patriotic American who is a victim of the illegal alien crime wave. There was also a part of the law that said illegal aliens could not solicit work. Well Bolton struck that down. She basically said illegal invaders to our country can solicit work in a country they should not even be in to take a job away from an American.

One couple who overstayed their visa and are thus criminals now knew the judge would "do the right thing". The right thing is to disregard our laws? That is disgraceful. They did not like the law because they were breaking it. No one with nothing to hide should have any issue with this law.

Bolton agreed that Arizona has a great problem with illegal immigration but said the federal government needs to take the lead. The problem is the federal government is not taking the lead. They are selling out the majority of American people for the Latino vote. This is an outrage. Yet she said nothing about "sanctuary cities" like San Francisco and Los Angeles that are blatantly violating the law. Obama and the justice department also see nothing wrong with sanctuary cities yet they go after the state of Arizona for protecting its citizens and our nation from this criminal invasion of illegal aliens. She also upheld a very useful tool in making it a crime to transport illegal aliens. So if your boyfriend is illegal an in your care you lose as you should and I hope you get the full weight of the law. This was one thing many illegal invaders (usually complaining through interpreters) and their supports did not like.

Even though I think Judge Bolton is every negative name in the book you can imagine amongst the G-Rated ones being a communist and anti-American harpy, she did keep some of the parts of the law in place. She did allow the part of the law that keeps cities in Arizona from adopting "sanctuary polices". They will have to follow federal guidelines. This is a bit of a victory.

This is seen as a defeat for Governor Janet Brewer. Her opponent democrat attorney General Terry Goddard, who opposed the bill and Arizona, tried to make political gain. He stated Jan Brewer played politics with immigration, and she lost," the Democrat said. "It is time to look beyond election-year grandstanding and begin to repair the damage to Arizona's image and economy." I disagree. If anything I think it will help her that she stood up for the people of Arizona and the state. Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and Goddard all stood against America and will be held accountable. Money wins elections and who has more money. The typical conservative democrat or republican or illegal alien invaders. Sad thing about our country but it is the truth. There will be huge amounts of money poured into races.

This is also seen as a win for Obama. Now lets recall that the healthcare bill that a majority of Americans did not want, Massachusetts residents voted a republican to Ted Kennedy's old seat to stop the bill, and still has many ticked off was considered a win yet democrats have polled badly since then. Obama must have the brain of a monkey. He has just taken a stand against the people of America. There is much talk about Hispanics being the fastest growing minority in the United States. That is true, but I am sure anchor babies (who don't deserve citizenship for their parent's crime) and illegal aliens are the reason for that. Those people have much higher birth rates than whites, blacks or Asians. I am not sure why but I think it is because if the American tax payer is payer who cares how many kids you have. It's an insult to talk about the growth of their population and not even mention illegal immigration. Probably at least 50% of Latinos in this country have come from at least an illegal grandparent. Further a zogsby survey found majority U.S. citizens of Mexican heritage are loyal to Mexico not the united states. I doubt they send that welfare or food stamps for the anchor baby back though. IF they are so loyal to Mexico why don't they stay there were they belong? Another thing I wonder about Latino lawmakers who are like a broken record on amnesty often are flaming liberals and support any form of abortion on demand yet are catholic. The church does not support abortion in any way. These lawmakers give full support but see nothing wrong with people sneaking into our country and having five kids on the taxpayer's dime. I saw a lady yesterday in the grocery store with five kids and did not speak any English. The husband was some type of roofer. They paid with food stamps of course. I could not help but feeling outraged that my money is rewarding them for committing their crimes. It makes me sick and should any other American who loves this country. Of course Barack Hussein Obama is not a patriotic person who does not love this country as he proves time and time again.

The democrats blame republicans for no progress being made to reform the system. That is not true. The problem is the American public does not want amnesty. The democrats do not listen to the American public as evident with Obamacare and republicans do. They are in favor of securing the border and cracking down on employers who hire illegal aliens, but they don't want to reward illegal invaders with amnesty. It is bad enough their kids get citizenship for now if they are born here.

I believe that Barack Obama and everyone who voted in the Senate to fund this lawsuit with tax dollars is a traitor to the country and an anti-American piece of garbage. They take an oath of office that all of them have violated and Obama has on more than one occasion. Obama has violated his duty and sides with a corrupt nation and criminals over the people who (in a brief lapse of sanity) elected him. William Gheen, President of Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action committee, (one of the best and up to date organizations that make people aware of the problems with illegal immigration) had this to say

"President Obama and Judge Bolton just sided with illegal aliens against the American public. The will of the American public has been usurped."

"The President is required by the US Constitution to protect all states from invasion, while assuring states a Republic form of governance. With this court case Obama has deprived Americans of both!"

"It is hard to find the words to express the anger and dismay this decision brings. It is a sad day in America, when part of our own government has turned against the American public on behalf of invaders."

In the responsible manner characteristic of the group, Mr. Gheen stated that people should not take matters into their own hands or use violence against these invaders. Our time will come.

"There is a sense of extreme anger sweeping America today, in reaction to the news that Obama and US District Judge Susan Bolton thwarted Democracy in America. We are appealing to Americans to remain calm and to channel that anger into sweeping politicians, business leaders, and special interest groups that support Comprehensive Immigration Reform out of power in the elections. I spoke to Mr. Gheen today and he assured me that the good people who love this country are not finished. I will include a link. I recommend all concerned citizens phone their senators and representatives, get involved and vote. If people who love America voted their numbers Obama never would have won. They have a system on their website that you can fax congressmen, the president, and senators when issues come up like this with how ticked off we are. It is time to take America back. I am a democrat and have voted that way, but no more. Illegal immigration is anti-American and the modern democrats are treasonous (95% of them) to this great nation. I love this country. My party has been taken over by gangsters, prostitutes, multi-centralists who celebrate every culture but American, and anti-American scum. A vote for most democrats this year is a vote to allow these criminal illegal alien invaders to overtake our country. If you do not believe me Google black flight in Los Angeles and how blacks can't even find jobs because the illegal aliens have taken over. When they needed the black vote everything was ok, but they have since tossed the black man aside. I encourage black men and woman especially to take a good look at Obama. He is not helping you. The black American has more to lose than any other group from these illegal immigrants taking over. Google the "black wage". I promise you will not go to hell if you quit mindlessly following Obama. The bible teaches to beware of false prophets anyway and he is not the messiah. He is destroying the country for all Americans of all races from within. I hope Governor Brewer deputizes people to patrol the border. I am sure anything is a help.
