The judge is his honor who looks at himself in the mirror and paints an accurate picture of the reflection that is being received.
The specter of judgment in and of itself causes no fear but fear comes in the dread of self being exposed to self and to public as judgment becomes the open arena where secrets are revealed and lies are striped of there seals and blankets and rendered naked and exposed. Judgment day conducted on a daily basis does not mean the end of the world every living day but only the analysis of thoughts that shapes the behavior to see what is useful and worthy of retaining and what is harmful and merits extinction. Judgment day means being self-critical but not being self-abusive and above all being receptive to learning and change. Now then, it is impossible for judgment day to be effective on a closed mind and likewise on a mind that is so open that it retains nothing implanted into it, therefore strive to be in balance of brain cells and seek to be in full measure of common senses so that your individual judgment day may reap you benefits and earn you the flavor of genuine comradeship with your human neighbors.
There is no shame of being afraid as this is an instinctive mechanism that protects limb and life, however judgment day is not limb and life per say, but judgment day is the quality of limb and life that is nurtured and maintained as a form of congenial temperament and attractive disposition which aids in having a measure of peace of mind that the better person is always the focal that is hidden and seen on sight. Judgment day means a personal internal cleansing process and by actively doing so the external world is changed by the degree that the internal cleansing has gone forth and to this degree the world of yesterday has indeed come to an end and a new venture has taken root with even more adventures to begin as judgment day is an ongoing process that sees personal betterment as the means to the ends.
