Judy Masching A.k.a. Todaysbest4me Sharing Her Interview Experience with Donald Pennington

Donald Pennington- Associated Content Producer Helping Others Succeed

Todaysbest4me
You Donald Pennington, want to interview ME?-- Judy Masching? I never expected to be asked to do an interview, after all I am lax in my writing. I have been a Content Producer long enough to have more than 9 articles written.

Well, sure I can answer some questions for you Donald. Thank you for taking time to ask me a few simple questions to acquaint myself with other writers and them with me. Click on this link to see Donald Pennington's interview about ME.

My first impression when I received the offer for an interview in my e-mail was, is this a joke? Why would I be chosen to be spotlighted? I then went to find out all I could about Donald from his CP page. I noticed that he mentioned something about earning his place back as his children's daddy. Immediately I wanted to know some things about Donald if the interview was reversed. I actually wanted to ask Donald some questions about HIS life. We all have a story, you know?

My second response was, what a great marketing idea. Help others by giving them exposure and let them do the bulk of the work. Then bring in your own page hits by asking them to write a review of the interview process. I had to reflect on this for a few days before actually answering the interview questions Donald had prepared.

During this time of deciding, I read his other articles. I saw some lovely articles written about Content Producers and his own unique personal introduction for each. I searched to make sure the titles were different and this was not just a self-serving idea one CP had. Yep, the titles, introductions and salutations were as heart-felt as Donald could make them by the words each producer shared with him.

When I read the questions Donald asked, I had trouble answering some of them. They seemed N/A (not applicable) and I really wanted to change some of the questions. Although Donald actually invited me to add or change the questions saying his interview might need some 'meat', I never did.

I changed my answers several times. It seems that when I initially read something it takes time to really process an answer that truly defines me. Deeper- go deeper- Judy.

Maybe I am afraid of sharing something too intimate with the public. Maybe something I say will make people question if I really mean it or not. Maybe I'm too much of a perfectionist and find myself like the deer in the headlights---unable to get moving.

I was motivated to read the interviews of other Content Producers and see the person behind all the tapestry of articles we all produce. The interviews drew me closer to some of my favorite writers because an interview isn't so much writing about our favorite topics, but rather sometimes sharing some of our most painful topics.

I am happy I had an invitation to do the interview with Donald. It gave me an opportunity to look at my life and share a glimpse of how far I have come in my 55 years of life. I am always blessed to have an opportunity to share my faith in God and how He has shown my family goodness and mercy through the many trials of life. I realized, when asked, how often I give thanks for my family as they are so dear to me.

It is a privilege to help a fellow writer as he helped ME. I know that I received some sweet comments about me personally and also gained a few new subscribers from this process. I'd like to publicly thank Donald Pennington for the opportunity and wish him the very best.

I was interviewed by Tim Sexton awhile back. It was fun, and Tim treated me more than fairly in his write up. Congrats Judy, and WOW, WOW, WOWWY! Toots! You're a sharp looking Judy, for sure and for certain.

Donald also interviewed me and I loved it. Donald is such a great inspiration to a lot of other dads and mothers who are struggling to earn what they can. His icon reminds me of myself when I can't think of anything to write. Oh, and keep your head up high and you will defiantly do well on AC.
