Think of our cells like tiny, complex sponges. These sponges absorb, water, glucose, and toxins. Toxins after accumulating in the body for long enough periods of time will result in many minor health inconveniences that will be horrible for the person experiencing them. For instance, it is so gradual that you might not even know that it is happening, but if you feel tired through out the day when you have had full nights of rest or your mood is volatile then you might be having some problems with toxins.
What a juicing diet does is flush your body with nutrients. These nutrients are what your body has been craving for as long as you been eating unhealthy food. You should drink six of these fruit juices a day. You should also make sure that the fruit juices that you drink are all different. In other words, have strawberry and mango juice for breakfast and cranberry and banana juice for lunch, etc... You are guaranteeing a large amount of variety in your food if you drink many different types of juices. Don't forget about vegetable juices, either. Vegetable juices are often bitter but contain much more nutrients than any other food on the planet.

Joggers Heaven
This juice is great for joggers as it provides energy for your legs to pump away for hours on end. This recipe promotes clean blood which is the purest fuel for your muscles that there is. Simply, take three oranges, along with two hard pears, and a yam plus a little custard ice. This recipe will blast your taste buds with flavor at the same time as it refilling your body with extreme nutrition.
Flying Orange
Put two pears, three grapefruits, and a sweet potato in a juicer to get an enzyme blast that will give you energy for hours on end.
