Your diets success depends on you and no one else. You can be your own best friend or your own worst enemy. That is why when your diet fails it is so crushing to your soul. Despite your intense desire to become healthier and more attractive you managed to sabotage yourself by not sticking to your diet. Don't let yourself down any more; you need to increase the probability of your diets success.

There are thousands of diet plans out there and some of them will work for you and some just won't. One way to increase the probability of your diets success is to engage in pre diet training. Before you begin your next diet try a juice fast.

Don't worry, a fast is when you do not eat anything, a juice fast is different. You are not allowed to consume solid foods but you are allowed to consume certain beverages. One of these programs is called a juice fast, which you can do for a few days or up to a week. A juice fast is where you consume only fresh fruit smoothies (no added sugar or diary milk) and vegetable juices, preferably organic. While vegetable juicing does require a special juicing machine (cost $40 - $200 USD), making smoothies only requires a blender and you probably already have one of those lying around.

This is how a juice fast can help increase the probability of your diets success. Most people are overweight because they are addicted to food. Sometimes people are addicted to food in general and sometimes just certain unhealthy foods. Consuming unhealthy foods gives you irresistible cravings that are almost impossible to resist and contribute to chronic weight gain and diet failure. These addictive foods and beverages contain: high fructose corn syrup (sugar), salt, MSG, artificial sweeteners and caffeine.

A juice fast helps you increase the probability of your diets success because it breaks the cycle of your food addiction before your diet begins. This is because you will have already dealt with and eliminated your cravings by completing a juice fast.

This simple and effective method to increase the probability of your diets success is simple and you can find juice fasting plans on the internet. It is important to remember to also consume at least six glasses of water a day during your modified fast. As with any diet, you should always consult your doctor and or your nutritionist to make sure that it is a safe plan for you.
