You are allowed herbal tea, freshly squeezed juice, pure distilled water or protein drinks on this fast. It should only be one to two days long, and you should consult with your doctor before going on a juice fast, especially if you have any health conditions.

Celery-Celery juice is also great for the liver. It aids the sleep cycle and allows you to get rid of the effects of junk food by promoting good cell chemistry.
Beets-Beet juice is great for the liver. Your liver takes care of fat metabolism, improved digestion and hormonal balancing. This can make you look younger and feel energized.
