Hamburger
Pepper
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Swiss Cheese
Buns
1 lb. hamburger (you will want to make extra!)
Put pepper and Lawry's Seasoned Salt on hamburger. Cook hamburger on grill or frying pan to your liking.
Melt Swiss cheese on hamburger when almost done.
Mushroom Sauce
2 - 3 oz cans of mushrooms (drained- reserve liquid)
4 tablespoons salad oil
4 tablespoons flour
2 - beef boullion cubes
8 drops of beef Bouquet sauce. (Found by steak sauces in grocery store.)
Heat mushrooms in oil. Stir in flour. Cook low, stirring until mix is bubbly. Remove from heat. Add enough water to reserved mushroom mix with boullion cubes. Heat to boiling. Stir constantly. Boil. Stir one minute. Stir in Bouquet Sauce.
Pour mushrooms and sauce over hamburger on top of the Swiss cheese.
After your first bite you will close your eyes......they are that good!
Enjoy!
