Two time Dancing With the Stars, champion Julianne Hough and her outlandish partner Adam Carolla, took their final bow on this past week's elimination show. However, there's no time for Julianne to be sad about her failure to go for the three-peat. Turns out our Ms. Hough is more than just a dancing wunderkind; she is also a talented country singer whose video for her second single, "That Song In My Head" is set to premiere on Entertainment Tonight on Friday, April 11, 2008. She signed with United Music Group's Mercury Nashville in December 2007. Her self-titled album is scheduled to debut May 20, 2008. Preliminary reviews are extremely positive. Hear the latest single at Julianne's artist page on the UMG Nashville site. This is actually Julianne's second single. The first single "Will You Dance With Me," was released independently on iTunes in May of 2007. The single went to #100 on the Billboard Pop 100 Chart.

Julianne is the youngest dancer to compete on Dancing. Born in Orem, Utah, into a family of dancers, she began her training very early. In fact, she and brother Derek trained in London under the tutelage of Corky and Shirley Ballas, who are the parents of Dancing's Mark Ballas. Her parents went through a divorce and in an effort to save the kids the anguish of the divorce and further their professional education, the sent them to London to train with the Ballas's. Julianne lived in London for five years. While there she, Derek and Mark trained side by side on song, dance and performance. In fact, the three formed their own pop music trio called 2B1G (2 Boys 1 Girl). At 15 she became the youngest dancer to win two prestigious dance titles. She was named the Junior Blackpool World Latin Champion and the International Latin Youth Champion. After her time in London, she returned to Utah, to pursue a more normal life. Upon returning to the states, she lived for a year in Las Vegas, where she attended a performing arts school. She moved to Las Vegas after graduation and began working almost immediately. She joined Dancing in its' fourth season.

Because of her perky personality and sexy looks, she's been accused if being romantically linked with every partner she's had on Dancing The heaviest speculation centered on her relationship with, her partner; IndyCar race car driver and season 5 winner, Helio Castroneves, especially after he abruptly ended his engagement after his stint on Dancing. She was also engaged and set to marry Zack Wilson, who along with his team, won the inaugural season of Dance War: Bruno vs Carrie Ann. Julianne denies any romantic entanglements and seems keen to stay focused on her dancing and promoting the new album.

In fact, Julianne has become a voice for abstinence before marriage. Though she resists preaching to anyone how they should live their lives. In this month's issue of Cosmogirl magazine, she said that she is still a virgin and is waiting for marriage.

She is set to hit the road this summer, touring with Brad Paisley.
