The lunch truck makes her café even more popular. Julie's Café opened in 2002. Julie's Café has remained in its original location. Previously this location was home to Donna's Café in the 1990's.

Julie Schaffer is an animal rights activist, and she proudly displays notices on her vehicles proclaiming she will brake for animals. The Schaffer's are a talented and charming couple.
