Just Cause: Throw Down a Corrupt Government Any Way You See Fit

Gamers are frequently on the lookout for a game that makes you drool over the constant destruction and action. Recently, a game that fits into these qualifications has been released to make its mark on the world of gaming. The game is called Just Cause. This game is full of shooting, explosions, and death defying stunts!

You play as Rico Rodriguez. Rico is an undercover CIA agent working for the United States. His goal is to destroy the corrupt government of San Esperito and liberate its people. Rico can do this as he sees fits. His goal is to cause as much chaos as possible.

Rico has a menagerie of weapons at his disposal, along with the use of all types of vehicles. He will blow things up, crash things, shoot everyone (and everything), publicly assassinate people, and more. All of this to cause an uprising and rebellion of the people so that they can be liberated from the corrupt President.

Rico also has a couple of items on him that he will use to perform amazing stunts and feats that aid him in his missions. First is his parachute. He can use it to dive off a building he just blew up in just the knick of time. Or, he can glide safely from a doomed plane onto a boat that is racing across the ocean. Second, Rico has a grappling hook. Anyone who tries to get away in a speeding car won't get far because Rico will just hook himself to you! Or Rico can use it to grab helicopters that fly too close to him. The possibilities are endless. This game wants you to perform jaw dropping stunts and survive with far fetched escapes!

In all, Just Cause has 21 story missions and over 300 side missions. The game is sure to keep anyone busy and highly amused (especially with all the stunts)! It spans across a huge environment that you can explore at your leisure. All environments are gorgeous to look at and full of detail. However, the cut scenes are not as good with regards to detail and the voice acting could use some work. The controls are also terrible. But this is a small price to pay for the incredible game play.

Just Cause is available for XBOX, XBOX 360, Playstation 2, and for PC. It has an ESRB rating of M for mature. This is because the game features sexual themes, intense violence, blood, language, and drug reference. For those of you who like to cheat, a strategy guide is available.
