Braun later became the young singer's manager. A meeting with R&B star, Usher, and a record deal with Island Records, sealed the deal: Justin Bieber was a star. And a cute one, at that.

With all the bad news about celebrity drug problems, sexual indiscretions and young stars perhaps growing up a bit too quickly, it's nice to know the Justin Bieber arrested news is bogus. Young talents need to work hard to protect their candy-coated image, and Justin Bieber's remains intact.
