Juvenile Justice in Sarasota, Florida Filled with Misguided Evil Doer's

This is currently an on going case involving youngsters,evil, misguided DJJ employees,a professional "victim" mother who has sworn to see the boy incarcerated, who has done this to her own children. The willing and eager for conviction,State prosecuting Atty's, Haynes and Gambert. The state appointed Judge Williams, who feels that the States own Doctor along with a private Doctor,school officials, know nothing. He sentenced this kid to a level 6 confinement facility.The boy is guilty of the folly of youth. The audacity to appeal brings more charges.Initially there was to be a trial. However,
at trial date the boy had not one person to testify on his behalf.This was because as his public defender Rebecca L Wilson told him,"Sometimes people don't get the subpoena's".There was,I guess a problem locating
the Dean of Lemon Bay High, the school resource officer,etc. So,naturally a plea deal was offered.

To back track a bit you have to understand that this is primarily about restraining order violations brought on by the mother of the young lady. The
young lady would call the boys home multiple times,with this order in effect, goading,taunting then lovingly.The calls persisted so often and so late at night
the boy's father had the police over to see for themselves. A probable cause affidavit was filed for phone harassment.All this while the boy was already under house arrest, for what else, violating the restraining order.The mother had him arrested numerous times,because contact or calls cannot be made. People don't generally know this, but you can get a restraining order on someone, and then harass the hell out of them then call and go see the person,spit on them etc, whatever juvenile girls do, when they suddenly get jealous and full of hate. In this case her antics were 100% sanctioned by the State atty's office as well as DJJ. Therein lies the real crime. Now add this together with a state appointed Judge(Judge Williams)The exceedingly competent public defender,and Voila, you have the makings of a real star chamber! One more point I found to be true.The public defender discourages an appeal.
Discourages this from being looked at, in its totality away from this particular star chamber. Now that the boy saw his 18th birthday in confinement, lost his chance to finish out school and get a high school diploma, as opposed to a GED,all he has to look forward to, are the letters the girl continues to send to him in lock-up.You know,I can't wait to see you type stuff.(so we can get you locked up as an adult you stupid lonely fuck)
The boy is grateful that, while in his cage, DJJ, Haynes, Gambert and the sentencing Judge get to sit back
and see how much cage poking a young adolescent soul can take.This is all really good preparation for the military service he was going to join, once he had his diploma.

As I learn more and more about this case,
The more I realize that this kid has more honesty,integrity and character, then the bottom feeders that put him there.So in closing, I'd like to say,keep those cards and letters coming,you know who you are.
