Kaine Horman Rejects Terri Horman's Request to See Daughter, Kiara Horman

Kaine: "Terri Caused Unimaginable Harm to (Kyron)"

Kaine Horman rejects Terri Horman's request to see daughter, Kiara Horman in his latest court filing. Terri's attorney, Peter Bunch, filed a motion requesting that Terri see their daughter even if it is supervised.

Kaine's motion to keep Terri away from 22 month old Kiara stated that he believe that Terri Horman abducted his son, Kyron, caused unimaginable harm to him.

Rumors from Terri's camp last week said that Kaine had finally agreed to visitation. Kaine's attorney filed the documents with the court today, stating that Terri's strange behavior "cannot be taken lightly (by the court) when making decisions affecting the well-being of an almost two-year-old child."

Kaine is shocked and surprised that Terri is even asking for visitation now. Four months have passed since she has seen their almost two year old daughter, Kiara. He wonders why Terri didn't request to see her sooner.

He noted in the filing that Terri rushed out to hire a high priced criminal defense attorney, Stephen Houze, instead of a family law attorney right from the beginning. Instead of trying to see her daughter or win custody, she was busy sexting with another man about the $350,000 she claims was paid to Houze.

Kaine Horman rejects Terri Horman's request to see daughter, Kiara Horman partly because he believes that visits, even supervised could be psychologically and emotionally damaging.

Terri Horman initially flew under the radar when her 7 year old stepson, Kyron Horman went missing on June 4, 2010. Her strange behavior and lack of cooperation with the police eventually led her husband, Kaine Horman, to suspect her in the disappearance of his son. Police eventually told, Kaine Horman and Desiree Young (Kyron's Mom), that Terri had hired a landscaper to kill Kaine months before Kyron went missing. The landscaper did not follow through with the plan.

Terri also failed one lie detector test and walked out of a second one. She claimed that she spent the day Kyron disappeared driving her daughter Kiara around because she had an earache and needed medicine. She then claimed that she went to the gym and left Kiara in the gym day care. (When your 1 year old has an earache, the gym daycare is always the best place to take her, right.)

The police have said that Terri's cell phone pinged at Sauvie Island that day, although Terri denied going there.

Terri has already said that she cannot speak in court because it will jeopardize any potential criminal case against her. Essentially she cannot say why she should get visitation with Kiara without incriminating herself. (How does that happen if you are innocent?)

Kyron's family have started a fund to raise money for a continued search and reward. His mother, Desiree Young, would like the reward to be the same amount as Terri's high priced attorney, the current reward is only $50,000.

Now it is up to the judge to do the right thing and protect Kiara Horman.

Actually the daycare is the best place to take her when she has an ear ache- since it was suppose to be due to teething and not an illness.. being somewhere and with other people that will take her mind off the pain is actually very helpful
