Kane Returns to the WWE

Spy Radio

On the December 12 th episode of Monday Night Raw, Kane returned from injury. Kane returned at the end of the show, during the Match between John Cena and Mark Henry. Kane made his way to the ring and delivered a powerful 'Choke Slam' to Cena. Kane stood over Cena and revealed his new mask as Raw went off the air.

Kane's return did not make much of an impact, if any at all. The WWE was building up Kane's return by airing promos during previous episodes of Raw. To have him come out and 'Choke Slam' Cena seems like a waste of a return. The WWE is trying to rebuild Kane as a monster. 'Choke Slamming' Cena does not make him seem like much of a monster. To add insult to injury, Kane did not even appear on SmackDown.

The WWE should have waited until Tables, Ladders, and Chairs (TLC) for Kane to make his return. The WWE only need to wait six more days for Kane to make a huge impact upon his return. Kane could have returned at TLC during the World Heavyweight Championship Match between Mark Henry and The Big Show. Kane could have attacked both Superstars causing the referee to throw out the Match. This scenario would have been better for the WWE because Henry is the one who injured Kane by jumping from the second rope onto a chair wrapped around Kane's ankle. Thus adding Kane to the list of Superstars in the 'Hall Of Pain'.

The above scenario would have also provided the WWE with more storyline options. Since the Match between Henry and Big Show never had a winner. They could face off again at the Royal Rumble. The WWE could have also added Kane into the mix, only to have that decision over turned by SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long. Long could have taken Kane out of the Triple Threat Match for his actions at TLC. Therefore, Kane would have to go win the Royal Rumble Match if he wanted to earn a Championship Match.

The WWE could have also waited until the second day of 2012 to have Kane make his return. This return may have not gone over as well as his return would probably be over shadowed by the force that is returning on the second day of 2012. If the WWE did it right Kane may not have been over shadowed. Kane could have returned at the end of the show taking out the Superstars competing in the Match. While Kane is standing tall in the ring the lights could have gone out. Allowing The Undertaker (force returning on the second day of 2012) to return and stand face to face with Kane as Raw goes off the air.

The above scenarios show that the WWE could have made Kane's return have more of an impact. Instead they choose to bring him back and 'Choke Slam' Cena. Kane may have been going after Henry who rolled out of the ring and decided to attack Cena instead. If the WWE wanted Kane to go after Henry they should have waited until TLC.
