The paying one of course allows you more access to the site and more songs available to sing. This site has beautiful graphics and almost any singer can stay on key with the lyrics as they come across the screen. This site allows you to rate performances and have such rating options as Best Performance, Most Touching, and best impersonation. Both this site and Sing Snap are quality karaoke sites where all you need is a computer microphone to get started. How far you want to go depends If you want to invest any money to expand your options on these sites.

Number three great karaoke site is karaokeparty.com where you sing a song and then it gets rated. There is a top ten high scores of the week and that list is on the front page of the site. This site is completely free and you can sing almost any song you want. Think how exciting it would be to see your name in the top ten for the week. For this site all you need is a computer microphone and your ready to go. A completely free site you can sing here to your hearts content and If you make the top ten brag to your friends.

Number two great karaoke site is Redkaraoke.com a free site where you have a choice of about 450,000 different songs. Here you can make videos as well as just record your songs. This site has a huge community and you should get lots of responses to you singing very quickly. This site is much like Sing Snap and The Karaoke Channel except it offers more freedom. If you like singing karaoke this would be a great place to start. This site also has an unlimited uploading option which cost you six bucks a month. If your gonna do that much singing or be that involved in karaoke seems to be well worth the price.

My favorite online karaoke site is http://www.esnips.com/community/karaoke Here you get 5Mb of free space and can upload your karaoke songs and singing from your hard drive. They also support flv. so you can make videos If you like and upload then also. This site has a top fifty most played songs of the week feature. It also has many different communities where you can upload a specific style of music. It also has a list of featured performers and songs that are favorites are played on esnips radio. Two songs are featured at the top of each site. The sites are karaoke, Rock, Jazz, and Elvis. At Christmas time the

site features a karaoke Christmas song community. There is a difference in this site from the others in that you can only upload your music to the site you can't use a microphone to sing recorded songs into the site. There are also no songs. You have to supply your own. This however does not detract from the positives of 5 mb free space and the variety of communities.
