Kardashian Sisters Sued for $75 Million by Debit Card Company

Reality star sisters Kim , Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are being sued for $75 million over after pulling out of promotional duties for a debit card branded in the Kardashian name.

The Revenue Resource Group is suing the Kardashian sisters for breach of contract related to a MasterCard which carried their name but was canceled only weeks after it was first offered in November due to fees that were so high the Attorney General of Connecticut opened up an investigation.

In November the Kardashians' lawyer issued a statement saying:

"The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults. Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General's comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked."

Revenue Resource Group claims that the Kardashian sisters are simply reneging on their two-year deal to promote the debit card, which has effectively put them out of business.

So they are backing out of a promotion that looks to be illegal and now they are the ones being sued? Go figure.

If the fees were that high...they shouldn't be promoting it anyway.
