Karissa Shannon Sextape Scandal Adds to Speidi Sex Tape Woes

Karissa Shannon's sextape scandal has something in common with Heidi Montag's sextape scandal - Spencer Pratt. The MTV "The Hills" Villain is allegedly in possession of a naughty tape featuring the Playmate and her boyfriend, Sam Jones.

Of course, we all know that Spencer Pratt's so-called "Speidi Sextape" is commanding $5 million. Vivid Entertainment - the guru of all celebrity porn - won't negotiate with Pratt unless they see a teaser of the tape to know that it exists.

And we know how viral these things become. The Kim Kardashian sextape scandal started it all, and now there have been a vast array of videos released.

For some reason or another, though people don't exactly want to see the Heidi Montag sextape. Perhaps the thought of seeing Spencer Pratt in the buff is enough to evoke a gagging reflex from even the strongest iron stomachs.

However, knowing that no one wants to see his winkie in action, Pratt has in his possession a Karissa Shannon tape - and that's something people are more likely wanting to see. She's a Playboy bunny, so she's got that going for her. She's blonde, and she's not known all over the place as a total fame loving fruit cake.

I'm sorry - the Speidi thing just REEKS of too much publicity. Anyone who gets married, on camera, then has a public divorce and a "surprise" sextape doesn't deserve the millions that typically come from such leaked items.

However, any gain that he could get from the tape, he might be out in lawyer fees. Shannon is reportedly ready to SUE Pratt over the tape. I can't say that I blame her. After all, he shouldn't profit from her hard work!

Pratt's being a brat about the whole thing. According to US magazine, he tweeted "Maybe if I threaten to release a solo sex tape, humanity will pay me $5 million not to" and then "Would love to give Karissa Shannon her sex tape back, but it's currently serving as the keystone of my awesome sex tape fort."

Great, so he admits he has them. That's going to look so good in court. I take it that he's never watched Judge Judy?

And so the drama in the Hills continues. Whether or not Pratt gets the Shannon tape released will be interesting. However, now that it's known that one exists, Vivid is probably salivating. Who knows? They might throw Shannon an offer she can't refuse, and like Kim Kardashian and the other celebrity amateur tape stars she will make millions over this deal. She may hate Spencer Pratt now, but she might be thanking him later.

Let's just hope that he doesn't make any money off the deal, though.
