I recently tested a flat iron that I had never used before and it's definitely in my list of top styling irons. The Karmin G3 Pro impressed me from the beginning. Only a few seconds after plugging the iron in, it was hot enough to start styling my hair. That is a huge plus for me. There are plenty of other amazing features that I'm loving about the Karmin G3 Pro.
This ceramic flat iron features 1" pure tourmaline ceramic plates plus uses infrared heat and ionic technology for super shiny hair. My thick, coarse hair needs the maximum temperature that the Karmin G3 heats up to of 420 degrees. The great part is that this flat iron has a minimum temperature of 180 degrees and the varying levels in between the two temperatures for perfect styling of all types of hair. My hair is very thick so, it generally takes quite a while to straighten it. With the Karmin G3 Pro, despite being a 1" plate, I was finished styling my hair fairly quickly because of the high temperature and ceramic plates.
Having a flat iron with ceramic plates means smoother, shinier hair. The tourmaline that the Karmin G3 Pro plates are infused with works to create negative ions that seal the hair cuticle, lock in moisture, protect color and add shine. As someone that frequently colors my often frizzy and dry hair, this flat iron does everything I need it to. After styling my hair with the Karmin G3 Pro, my hair looked healthier and shinier. The big test is always stepping out into the heat and humidity of summer. The smooth hair this flat iron gave me definitely stood up to the summertime humidity.
There are plenty of ceramic flat irons on the market today. Some of the price tags are fairly outrageous but, the Karmin G3 Pro is affordable for the quality of flat iron you get. I definitely recommend it to anyone that frequently flat irons their hair or is looking for a styling iron that will give you more shine and less frizz while perfectly straightening your hair.
