Archer Sierra
Many may know of the cereal manufacturer, Kashi, by their earthy commercials that air on television. The commercials show Kashi "health scouts" searching different areas of the globe for healthy ingredients. Regardless of how far they had to hike and explore to find the inspiration for their NEW cereal they have struck gold!

"Go Lean Crunch!" is a paradise for health food and protein lovers alike. For those of you who no longer want to deny your occasional sweet tooth, your ship has arrived. Jump into a bowl of these tasty clusters and you will never go back to your Hi-lo again.

The clusters are bite-size and it claims to have "twice the amount of protein and fiber than the average cereal." The multigrain clusters contain 9g of protein, 8g of fiber, and 7 whole grains which include: Whole oats, long grain brown rice, rye, hard red winter wheat, triticale, buckwheat, barley, and sesame seeds.

So one might ask, "Okay what does the label say? I want to know where the source of the fiber and sweetness comes from?" Well don't worry about that either. The fiber source is from the chicory root. The sweetness is taken from evaporated cane juice and brown rice syrup...all whole ingredients.

There are additional ingredients that have other preventative health factors such as soy. Soy has been long hailed for its cancer fighting qualities and increasing overall women's health.

For those of you limiting the sodium and carbohydrates in your diet, the content is as follows. There is 95 mg of sodium and 36 g of carbohydrates, which makes it the perfect snack prior to your workout regime.

Whole food fans can visit Kashi's website and sign up for their free newsletter on healthy living at www.kashi.com. They are currently allowing visitors of the website to request a free sample of this new cereal. This is a great opportunity for individuals who fail to switch to a healthier lifestyle. Perhaps you have been discouraged by the notorious cardboard taste of health food. Go Lean Crunch! is the perfect reason to make the switch today!
