Kate Gosselin, Pamela Anderson to Return for Dancing with the Stars 2010 Finale

Reality mom Kate Gosselin and bombshell Pamela Anderson may be Dancing with the Stars 2010's most-hated celebrity contestants, but they'll both be back for Tuesday's season 10 finale. While pop star Nicole Scherzinger, ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and Olympian Evan Lysacek duke it out for the coveted Mirroball Trophy, expect an interesting sideshow from Gosselin, Anderson and the rest of the Dancing with the Stars 2010 gang as they return to show off their fancy footwork one last time.

Kate Gosselin, mom of 8 and ex of forever-child douchebag Jon, struggled mightily during her DWTS tenure, enduring some of the harshest criticism dished out this season by judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. Despite being likened to a "shopping cart" by Tonioli and expressing little more than odd, stilted emotion during her performances, she out-lasted three fellow contestants (actress Shannen Doherty, astronaut Buzz Aldrin and soap star Aiden Turner) before finally getting the boot. Although details of her Tuesday swan song are largely under wraps, multiple sources report that she plans to deliver a "high-wire act". What does that mean? Beats me.

Kate's fellow most-hated Dancing with the Stars 2010 celeb, Pamela Anderson, also plans to return. The former Baywatch babe, activist and model, who was the season's 6th contestant to be shown the door, was a pleasant surprise during her tenure on the show. Rather than delivering week after week of strip club style sluttiness, she showed a softer, more elegant side while nailing the performance aspect of her routines week in and week out. During last week's DWTS results show, co-host Tom Bergeron promised that the buxom blonde would perform her hottest dance to date for the finale. She Tweeted to followers on May 21 that her dance would be "so cute!" Cute? Hot? Which is it? Oil up the pole and get the kids to bed early!

But the potentially interesting finale performances don't end with Kate Gosselin and Pamela Anderson. Bachelor star Jake Pavelka and fiancee Vienna Girardi are slated to perform what may well be DWTS season 10's corniest dance: A Viennese Waltz set to On the Wings of Love. It's enough that 'Vienna' will dance a 'Viennese' Waltz, but do we really have to listen to Bachelor music on top of that? Really, ABC? If we can take Pavelka's Tweet for it, at least Vienna is "doing really well!" Dancing with the Stars 2010 's jiggliest contestant, Niecy Nash, will also return with perhaps the night's most hilariously appropriate dance, according to OK!: A Bootylicious samba with partner Louie van Amstel. (And maybe a few more folks of the male persuasion.) Shake it, girl!
