Kate Gosselin Today Show Interview Accuses Jon of Theft
Kate Gosselin went on the Today Show to make the most sensational claims yet in the Gosselin battles. She told Meredith Vieira that her soon-to-be ex-husband took $230,000 from the family bank account, and basically left Kate and the kids broke. A court order had forbidden Jon and Kate from withdrawing from the family account without consent.
According to US Magazine, Kate will try today to get Jon held in contempt of court, with help from Hollywood attorney Marty Singer. After the Kate Gosselin Today Show interview, pretty much the only thing missing from the most high profile divorce case in America is Jon getting arrest for stealing money.
Kate Gosselin claimed on the Today Show that she cannot even pay the bills. That makes it even more critical for her to get back on the air with the new Kate Plus 8 - but thanks to Jon's objections, TLC has shut down filming. He told Larry King Live last week that he wanted the show shut down to save the children from being exploited. If the claims on the Today Show from Kate are true, however, then that would be a lie - as pretty much everyone expected.
But Kate used the kids to score her own points on the Today Show, telling Vieira that the children are "wailing and sobbing" about the camera crew leaving their home. Of course, since she claimed she cannot pay the bills anymore, cynics will be eager to pounce on those statements as well, given how the show could help pay a bill or two.
With the Kate Gosselin Today Show bombshells, and the possible escalation in legal battles, it truly appears there is no depths the story cannot, or will not, sink to. Every time it looks like Jon and Kate can't get any crazier or more destructive towards each other, they book another TV interview to prove otherwise.

Post a CommentFirst of all Kate had been disrespectful and used put downs at anything John has said...Kate needs to be submissive to her husband...Kate has not respected the father of her children..I saw a show where she shot him Down over his idea..Life and the death are in the tongue and Kate is not speaking life...respect and honoring her husband... Kate is wrong...Now John is wrong for taking the money...RESPECT in any relationship is what true love is about...respect your husband who is the head of the household...People have gotten away from basic values and that is what is destroying families and relationships
why does everyoe keep letting them do these interviews???For goodness sake it is a private matter, there are lies, it seems as though kate is making up lies and aking jon look bad and going on show that will allow her to speak,,sell your million dollar house, invest what you have made wisely and get a normal job. boo who already enough
I really don't see the big fuss over how Kate is bring up her kids. They seem as well adjusted as any. There are many single mothers in the media and no one says a word about those women seeking other employment. As a mother I know how expensive kids are. Every parent should do there best to provide a financially secure life for their children. Let's not be jealous or petty, instead let's realize that Kate is doing her best to give her family the best life she can. Oh, and she is there for them and you know it!
