'Kate Plus 8 Star,' Kate Gosselin reveals her secret fear of snakes. Kate is terrified of snakes and hates running into them even if they are already dead. Kate runs every day in her rural Pennsylvania community. She sees dead snakes on a regular basis, but luckily not live ones.

"Dead snakes - large ones, green ones, black ones, all flipped on their bellies," she wrote on her blog. "They all scare me and make my adrenalin pump ... especially those that are upright and staring at me ... (gulp!) before I realize they are, thankfully, already in the road-kill department! Whew!" says Kate Gosselin.

The 'Kate Plus 8 Star' also finds a plethora of trash alongside the road and chastised Americans for not picking up their own litter on her blog.

Kate is quite a fitness queen and she has the body to show for it. She works out daily and runs as often as possible.

Kate just finished a memorable Halloween with her brood of eight. Kate is also raising her own chickens and serving fresh eggs to her kids every day. (I wonder if Jon Gosselin helps out with the chicks, oh, that's right, he moved far away.)

Kate has held her head high since her divorce from Jon. She looks amazing, she writes books, she danced with the stars on 'Dancing With The Stars' and she is keeping her kids as happy as possible and doing it all on her own.

Kate Gosselin was in the news lately because she lost her 11th nanny since she became famous. It is difficult to find someone you like, can get along with and is able to take care of eight kids. It has also been alleged that Kate is having an affair with her body guard, Steve Nelid, but she denies the allegations.

Kate and her eight children, Mady and Cara, Aaden, Collin, Joel, Hannah, Alexis and Leah have their own show since the divorce broke up the previous program: "Jon and Kate Plus 8."

It is good to see that the family has pushed past the media scrutiny and the hell that Jon dragged them through to and are still on top. Kate may have a secret fear of snakes, but that is probably the least of her worries these days.
