The UK glamour girl donned a beautiful black strapless gown complete with a train as she arrived at the event.
And though her dress was quite stunning, Katie appeared a bit preoccupied with making sure she didn't get snagged on anything.
Also sporting a Goth-inspired look was Helena Bonham Carter, who arrived at the Bafta TV Awards with her husband, director Tim Burton.
In related news, Miss Price recently voiced her displeasure over constantly being the subject of pregnancy rumors - saying it comes as in insult.
She explained, "When people keep saying I'm pregnant, I hate it because it's like they're saying I'm fat. Me and Alex do want another baby. As soon as I'm pregnant, I will announce it."
