A very useful yet a simple thing to do is adding a little exercise in your daily routine. It can be as simple as walking for an hour every day. Walking is very useful and healthy for the body and can make you lose a lot of calories. If you like water, swimming would do pretty well as well and it is useful for your arms and legs. You can even dance as well. Dancing is a moving activity and it helps you refresh your body's blood cycle. Any dancing type would be great, including ballet, tap dance and break dancing.
Of course, for your body to do all this, it will need the energy and fuel. Don't eat heavy food that would make you just unable to do anything- eat light, healthy meals and drink a lot of water. This is not only healthy but it will also give your body the kind of energy it needs to do a lot of kinds of sports.
Not only your body will need food and energy, but it will also need rest and sleep. Make sure you get a reasonable amount of sleep every day (6-8 hours) and that you don't overwhelm it too much. If you stress yourself, your body will only get sick and unable to do any physical activity.
It's always a good idea to regularly check up on your body as well. Visit a doctor and a dentist every once in a while to make sure that you are perfectly fine and that your health allows you to have fun outside and practice sports.
Getting fit is healthy, so if you reach your destination and get the kind of body you want; try not to stop the nice lifestyle you have been following. It will keep you in a good shape and a nice health. Avoid the tempting to procrastinate and don't keep saying, "Tomorrow." That won't work and in the end you will do nothing. Use the time you have now before you don't get the chance to use it anymore.
That said, you now have an idea of what you have to do to look good and have a healthy life. If you work hard with serious commitment, you will see yourself fit in no time! Be sure to also advise your beloved ones to do the same to enjoy the advantages of being fit.
