Keeping Hope Alive

Some find love everywhere they go

Others long for love

And never seem to find what they are looking for

I'm a single woman

Still seeking a love to call my own

And if I can't hope, want, and wish,

then I've got nothing

I always believe that love is around the corner

Just beyond what the eye can see

I always believe that love will find a way

And if it's meant to be, then someone will be all mine one day

But in the meantime, I keep searching

I keep wishing for it too
