Losing weight is more than changing yourself physically. Mentally you have to prepare yourself for the challenge ahead. Emotionally it can evolve you as a person if you take each success and push forward and you take each failure as a means to gain success. It's falling in love with yourself and taking the necessary actions toward an attainable goal. When you journal your success it releases that capsule of feelings that can be caused by changing your lifestyle.

It is beneficial to keep track of your journey because you always have it to reference back to if an issue should arise. You can see were your failures and success was created. Any time you are taking power over your life it should be written down, this gives you a clear aspect of transformation and holds you accountable to gain satisfaction.

The first benefit to keeping track of your weight loss success is you can release energy. Weight loss can have its great moments, stagnate moments and challenging moments. When you keep a journal it gives you a chance to express yourself whether it is good or bad. It is your personal story tracked at its finest moments in life.

Your journal is a place to keep score of your weight loss. It is keeping you honest with what is important, attaining your goal. You can see the progress push forward. All the work you put into changing your lifestyle is paying off right in front of your eyes. When you are writing your weight down you can see any plateaus, in which you would need to adjust your work out plan.

There are emotions that explode out of nowhere.
