Kelli Glover on America's Got Talent

The most amazing performance on July 15th's episode of 'America's Got Talent' was that of former 'American Idol' contestant, Kelli Glover.

Glover reached the Semifinals on Season 1 of 'American Idol,' only to be eliminated the very next day. Seven years later and Kelli Glover--now a blackjack dealer--has returned with a vengeance.

And Glover hasn't just been sitting idly be for the past seven years. She may have spent most of the decade at the blackjack table, but she clearly never let go of her dream. Instead, she remained faithful to her craft, gradually mastering it in anticipation for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to stun the world.

And stun the world is exactly what she did; looking incredibly sexy, Glover poured out her soul with an emotional rendition of Beyonce's "Listen." To which Hasselhoff said, "You didn't give up, did you?" Which he quickly followed with, "Girls from Jersery rock!"

Unfortunately, Pierce Morgan--the quintessential pessimistic--didn't share the same sentiment, asking, "Are you likely to win the show? I'm not sure."

Whether she wins or not, at least Glover proved the old adage correct: "Giving up is for losers." And a loser is something Kelli Glover definitely is NOT!
