Kellogg's Cinnamon Pecan Cereal - Product Review

Candus
Kellogg's makes a great cereal with cinnamon and pecans. I bought a 17 ounce box for 1.99 at The Grocery Outlet in The Dalles, Oregon store. This cereal is made with crunchy rice and wheat flakes that has cinnamon on top and loaded with chopped pecans.

You will find that with the cinnamon inside the cereal you will enjoy the natural sweetness without having to add sugar. A serving size is 3/4 cups and there is about 16 servings per box. If you use fat free milk you'll get about 160 calories for the 3/4 cup of cereal.

This cereal is low in fat with only 2 grams per serving. There is 60 milligrams of potassium inside this cereal as well as no cholesterol. There is 180 milligrams of sodium inside this cereal and you'll get 25 grams of total carbohydrates.

There is 1 gram of dietary fiber with this cereal and 7 grams of sugar. You'll also receive 2 grams of protein eating this cereal. You'll also receive 20% of your daily Vitamin A and 35% of your Vitamin C. This cereal is loaded with Calcium as well you'll get 15% with each serving.

I have always enjoyed eating cereal for breakfast but found that the only ones I've enjoyed in the past was the ones that were loaded with sugar and not that healthy. but with this Kellogg's cereal, you get a great tasting cereal that is sweet and good for you.

There is 35% of your daily Vitamin B6 inside this cereal which will help you with your daily energy levels. You'll also get 45% of your Vitamin B12. This cereal is loaded with many vitamins your body needs and it is fresh and crunchy in every bite.

Some of the ingredients inside this cereal is whole grain wheat, sugar, pecans, corn oil, cinnamon, rice, corn syrup, and much more. This cereal is distributed by Kellogg Sales Company out of Battle Creek, Michigan. This great tasting cereal can help one stay on a healthy diet and keep you on track with monitoring your calorie intake.

This cereal comes in different sizes and Kellogg's also makes a blueberry cereal that taste good too. I have found that eating breakfast every day helps me stay focused through out the day so I choose Kellogg's cereal instead of fried eggs or other foods.
