One bowl of Fiber Plus Antioxidants Cinnamon Oat Crunch cereal provides about thirty-five percent of your daily needed fiber. While the front of the box claims to be rich in antioxidant Vitamins C and E, this claim can be counted as an exaggeration. There is one hundred percent of daily needed Vitamin E, but only twenty-five percent of Vitamin C. However, there is a thirty-five percentage or more on seven other vitamins and minerals. Dieters will be pleased that there is only 1.5 grams of fat included.
When I opened the box of Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants cereal I smelled cinnamon right away. After a sniff, I couldn't wait to eat a bowl of Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants Cinnamon Oat Crunch, so I popped a few pieces in my mouth. The taste of cinnamon was strong but I noticed there wasn't much of a sweet taste despite the eight grams of sugar.
The taste of Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants Cinnamon Oat Crunch was disappointingly bland. Although the cinnamon was accounted for, without any sweetness to spruce it up, the cinnamon taste is nearly forgotten. It doesn't taste bad, it just doesn't have much taste at all. I had to add a couple spoonfuls of sugar to my bowl so that I could enjoy it. Adding sugar makes a huge difference in the overall flavor.
If you are currently wanting to eat better and love cereal, then I totally recommend trying Kellogg's Plus Fiber Cinnamon Oat Crunch gereal. This can be fed to kids even as long as you add some extra sugar. Just don't tell them that its good for them.
However, if you aren't a cereal fan then you might want to consider eating something more appetizing to your tastes. Kellogg's has an entire line of delicious good for you breakfast bars and cereals. Or if that isn't what you want, just include more fresh fruits and vegatables in your diet along with servings of whole grain bread.
Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants can be bought at your local Walmart, Krogers, Super Kmart or other quality food store. I paid a little over three dollars for my eleven point five once box at Walmart.
