Kellogg's Fiber Plus, Dark Chocolate Almond Bars Taste Great

If you are looking to add more Fiber in your daily diet then you should try Kellogg's Fiber Plus bars. These bars are sold in the granola bar section and the Dark chocolate Almond is one of my families favorites. The Dark Chocolate Almond bar is loaded with Vitamin E and Zinc. These bars will give you 35 percent of your daily Fiber. You will receive 5 in a box that's size is 6.3 ounces.

These bars come with their bottom coated in chocolate and drizzled in chocolate. Packed with almonds and granola they taste amazing. They have numerous chocolate chips inside as well.

There is no cholesterol inside these bars and only 50 milligrams of sodium per serving size. Only 2.5 grams of saturated fat with these granola bars and absolutely no trans fats.

Some of the percentages of vitamins you'll get eating these bars are 10% of Calcium, 20% Vitamin E and 20% of Zinc as well as 4% of your Iron. Some of the ingredients that make these bars so delicious are, milk, soy, wheat, cocoa butter, sugar, nuts, salt and allot more.

Each bar is 1.2 ounces and they have 45 fat calories. When you bite into these bars you'll immediately get a feeling that your satisfying your chocolate craving. They taste so good almost like a chocolate rice crispy bar.
