Taste and Preparation:
What can you say....snap, crackle, pop. As soon as you pour the milk in you can start hearing the crackling of the rice krispies. When you start chewing them, they are crunchy but then they turn soggy. If you wait too long to eat them after you pour the milk, they will turn soggy right away. I like to wait for a few seconds and let t hem get a little mushy. I know, strange. They taste airy and light. You can really fill your spoon with them and eat a nice amount at once. When my son does eat them for me, he likes to eat them out of a bowl that has a built in straw. He doesn't use a spoon at all. He sucks the milk and the cereal through the straw. They are small enough that they go through. I have to be careful and watch him closely so he doesn't choke while doing this. That is the only way he will eat them for me. My husband doesn't really like them. He doesn't think they are filling enough for him. I think they are perfect for children to eat for breakfast. They have so many important and essential vitamins that your little ones need to grow and get big. They aren't filled with a ton of sugar to hype up your child. The crackling of the krispies can keep your child entertained while enjoying their breakfast.
I highly recommend this wonderful breakfast cereal. You can find it at any local supermarket or superstore.
You can also buy them in other flavors and in Rice Krispie treats (bars).
