Kelly Osborne Weight Loss Controversy

Is it Natural?

If you are one of the many people that has noticed that Kelly Osbourne's appearance seems to have changed drastically, then you might be one to wonder how. Glancing over some of her recent pics, you can't help but notice that she's slimmed down. But is this due to hard work on her diet and exercise or something else, something unnatural or unhealthy? Or maybe, most of us haven't seen her around in a while and the change is simply more drastic than it seems?

Internet sources say that Kelly's weight loss is not due to her stint on Dancing with the Stars, but a overactive thyroid story that is actually covering up for her use of laxatives. She was allegedly reported saying that "I have a thyroid problem, which means I s*** all the time."

But her interview with Shape magazine tells a much different story. Kelly tells of how the weight loss started: when she first joined Dancing with the Stars, she noticed the weight slowly begin to melt off. By the time the show was finished, she wanted nothing to do with gaining back the twenty pounds that had come off during the show. So she wanted to see what she could really do.

Kelly began to do the traditional thing: eat better and exercise regularly and actually saw results. Or so she says. But those who follow Ms. Osborne and know her past understand that she has an addictive personality and was using pain killers, namely Vicodin among several others, to self-medicate. She swears that she's given up on all that, but who knows? Maybe she has just found something new, something that works for her continued weight loss, and that thing just might come from a bottle.

Yes, Kelly has come out publicly with her diet and exercise routine that she supposedly follows, stating tips and tricks that work for her. Like she eats a half an apple before bedtime to keep her metabolism going. But she has also admitted to being taunted for being fat and being a victim of low self-esteem. It is highly unlikely that Kelly has completely turned the other cheek on her past and broken through into a perfectly healthy lifestyle just because she "finally learned how to do it right."

Even people that look good on the outside carry their troubled past with them on the inside. And without help, Kelly could break. Has Kelly really finally found her confidence or is this all just a weight battle ruse?
