According to US magazine, Kendra is 5-foot-4 and was a size 2 and weighed 113 pounds before putting on 50 pounds during her pregnancy. Kendra, a former Playboy bunny, appeared to have hit a plateau at about 140 pounds before continuing to shed more of her pregnancy weight.
Kendra revealed to Us Weekly magazine how she was able to lose 50 pounds after giving birth to little Hank. Kendra looks healthy as opposed to anorexic. It's good she won't have to fight allegations of anorexia as has reality show, The Real Housewives of D. C. star Michaele Salahi or Jennifer Aniston. Kendra could weight anywhere between 110 and 145 and still be considered healthy, according to the BMI charts.
Here are some tips she shared with Us magazine about losing the baby weight:
No. 1: Kendra's tip for losing pregnancy weight: She lost the initial baby weight by weight lifting and running, according to Us.
No. 2: Kendra's tip for losing the baby weight: With her son about 8 months old, she reported to Us that she was working out harder. She released her "Be a Knockout with Kendra" DVD, and claims to use the 1-hour DVD herself.
No. 3: Kendra's tip for losing the baby belly: Kendra says her No. 1 fat-burning secret is cardio exercise. She also tones her arms and legs and performs crunches.
No. 4: Kendra's tip for losing pregnancy weight: She eats oatmeal and fruit smoothies for breakfast, grilled chicken, vegetables, low-fat dip, a small amount of steak.
No. 5: Kendra's tip for losing the baby weight: She enjoys an occasional cheat treat on her diet. Kendra tweeted about having a Philly cheese steak. It's good not to be too virtuous of a dieter.
No. 6: Kendra's tip for losing pregnancy weight: She spends time with her baby. Carrying around Little Hank has been great exercise for her arms! It's ideal to lose weight while bonding with your baby.
