As for the layout, they have two styles to choose from. The majority of the units on the property are towhome style with two levels. However, there are a few units that are garden style to fully accomodate a family that chooses not to have stairs inside. The townhome style has two bedrooms upstairs with medium sized closets and one large bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, there is a good size living room, a dining area, a small half bath, a decent sized kitchen and a large laundry room. There is also a storage closet under the stairs. All of the townhomes have a covered patio on the front and back of the home. You are allowed to have a grill on your back patio also. The garden style has two bedrooms, one with a large walk-in closet. There is a full size bathroom in the master bedroom and another large bathroom right off of the living room. The living room is a good size and there is a large eat-in kitchen. The laundry room is large enough for a full size washer and dryer, but not as big as the room in the townhome style unit.
Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, effectively and politely. Although we didn't have very many maintenance requests to be filled, we did have some. Our upstairs bathtub cracked and water was leaking through the floor and into the kitchen underneath. Because of the danger this posed to our family, we were put in a hotel, at their cost, for a week while the problem was being taken care of.
The grounds are professionally landscaped and always look nice. Flowers, shrubs, trees and healhty grass make the property inviting. The office staff was always very nice and helpful.
Rent has probably gone up since we have left this complex, but it was very reasonable and affordable. We never had any concerns with safety or crime in the development. Overall, this was probably the nicest apartment community we have lived in. The only reason we moved out is because we needed another bedroom and they only offer two bedroom units.
