Kevin Skinner Won Americas Got Talent

I remember watch the try outs for Americas Got Talent, and seeing this country man come out. Everyone laughed at him. I was even wondering for a minute, what he was going to do. This man said he caught chickens for a living. I am from a small town in Louisiana, and one of the only jobs there is at a chicken plant. I under stood, and felt bad for him.

Kevin Skinner then opened his mouth. He began singing "If Tomorrow Never Comes". I started crying. He was so powerful, and sincere with his singing. I actually believed him. I honestly feel this was one of the most emotional performances on Americas Got Talent.

At that moment, I told my husband, He is going to win. Guess what, he did. He was announced the winner of 2009's Americas Got Talent. I am so proud of this man. I feel he deserves it. He was surprised, you could tell. I honestly believe he thought Barbara would win. Barbara was great, but I felt something for this man. He was so humbling.

This years talent was extraordinary, and all of them worked hard. I am pleased with the results of this years voting. I am also looking forward to next year. I hope the the people are even half as talented as 2009's contestants.
