Yoga is an activity where someone focus all minds to control the senses and the body as a whole or to control, regulate, and concentrate on the functioning harmonize body, soul and mind.

Yoga should be done through meditation, because it will create great results to achieve harmony and help synchronize the mind with the body. In today's life, many people can not properly carry out activities that do not get maximum results. This can be caused by too much burden of confusion and conflict that exist in the human mind.

Stress is one of the main causes that can affect all parts of the human physical, endocrinal and emotional systems. But this can be resolved step by step by doing yoga regularly. As we know yoga has many benefits, for example at the physical level, yoga has been proven very effective to help cure various diseases. Below are some benefits of yoga that can be carried out routinely:

1. Yoga is believed to increase the flexibility of the body. Movement is done in yoga can lead to different joints of the body. Including joints that do not act can be stimulated by regular exercise routine.

2. Can increase the lubrication of joints, ligaments and tendons. If our bodies are often trained in yoga, then the joints will be stiff at first incredible flexibility.

3. Serves as a massage all organs of the body. Yoga may only exercise that can work through the internal organs of your overall, including those not getting the external stimulation of our lifetime.

4. Working in a healthy way in various parts of the body. This stimulation will keep the body from disease and give the body's warning of impending disease. This effect is running on the body naturally, because the body had been trained to be more sensitive to internal and external.

5. Useful for detoxification. By doing yoga, muscle and joint movement will be massaging the various organs in order to ensure the blood supply more optimal throughout the body. This helps in removing toxins from every corner of your body and gives many benefits, such as delayed aging, increased energy and Great Spirit for life.

6. Yoga is the best way to tighten your muscles. Muscles that have been soft and weak are stimulated repeatedly to reduce the excess fat to be normal again. But the physical benefits only as a side effect only. While the main benefit is to harmonize the mind with the body.

By looking at the above benefits offered by yoga, then this sport is needed by humans to help achieve emotional balance through the stages of concentration of mind and body in balance. The goal for humans to live and face this life more calmly, seeing a problem with a positive outlook and supported by a strong and healthy body.
