Keynote Survey Panel Helps Websites Improve Their User's Online Experience

Angel
Keynote survey panel is much more then a survey company. Keynote is a leading provider of on demand test and measurement solutions for improving online experience for users. They evaluate websites to see how well content and applications perform on browsers, networks and mobile applications. Keynote's survey panel permitted these tests to occur. In addition, Keynote discovered, and tested back in June when Amazon.com went down, causing users to experience slow loading pages, or completely dead pages.

Keynote's survey panel has over 160,000 member's world wide, and they do pay their members for their time with Amazon vouchers. Keynote can only process their evaluation tests upon Microsoft Windows operating systems, and the reason they can only accept Windows users is Keynote's "Connector" program.

Many new survey users might be caught off guard by the fact that this survey panel downloads software for use with their surveys. Their "Connector" is not a virus, spyware, adware, keylogger or a Trojan. The "Connector" is a java-based program that allows Keynote to track how well the website in question is being operatored, as well as if the survey taker is actually evaluating the website in question. If the survey taker isn't clicking and surfing around the website, the user will not be paid for their time and effort. I think that's a good thing because giving false feedback on a paying survey isn't worth you being paid.

The "Connector" should be easily installed with Internet Explorer. Each evaluation takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and unfortunately the "Connector" doesn't allow you to work on other things at the same time. What I mean by that is you will not be able to do your email, reading another page, or doing another survey at the same time. If the "Connector" doesn't install or fails at some point, you will not be able to continue with the survey.

After you have completed the evaluation, you will receive your payment in your email usually within three business days. If after a week you aren't paid, contact them and ask why. The voucher could have been sent to your junk/spam email folder, and deleted by accident. Keynote keeps a copy of their voucher codes, so it shouldn't be a problem if you accidentally disposed of it.

To join Keynote's survey panel it takes less then 5 minutes, and if you use robot form, it takes less then 1 minute. Keynote survey panel doesn't pay for referrals, nor has a referral link to join.

Keynote's surveys are rare. You may receive an invite maybe three times a year.

Some of Keynote's clients include: Compaq, Amazon, Dell, and Ebay to name a few.

Keynote's survey panel isn't a great survey panel, but at least they pay. I would rate this survey panel a 4 out of 5 stars. ****
