But it seems as if the marriage has been over for some time. TMZ is also reporting that Pete Rose had been dating a model named Kiana Kim since 2009. So the official Pete Rose divorce took some time to actually take place. Now the focus will probably shift toward "who is this new Pete Rose girlfriend?"
In fact, online searchers are trying to find Kiana Kim pictures and photos to see what the new Pete Rose girlfriend looks like. It's not extremely hard to find Kiana Kim pictures these days. She's a Playboy model who has her own official website. According to her bio on that site, Kiana Kim was born in Seoul, Korea and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 5. Her website also mentions the fact that more Kiana Kim Playboy pictures and photos are on the way soon. In fact, the website plugs her upcoming appearance in Playboy where she will be featured. Kiana Kim is apparently scheduled to be in the April issue of Playboy.
Is there a Pete Rose connection to the story coming in Playboy? My guess is Playboy will be cashing in on the connection to land an interview with one of the most well known baseball players of all time. Perhaps there won't be a tie mentioned-but that seems unlikely considering how famous Rose is for his baseball days.
Kiana Kim is meanwhile getting some major publicity as fans of baseball search to find her pictures and photos on the web. Who wouldn't want see what the girlfriend of a baseball celebrity looks like? Here is a link to pictures of Kiana with Pete Rose from an article in Bleacher Report. Some may be quick to talk about the vast age difference between the two. According to Wikipedia, Rose is 69 years old. Kiana Kim was said to be 29 years old in a story of March 2010-so she's either 29 or 30 now.
So how did Pete Rose land the Playboy model? That's a good question we don't have an answer for just yet-but I'm sure the story will unfold in the next few days or weeks as word spreads of the new Pete Rose girlfriend-even though the relationship doesn't appear to be new at all.
