The great thing about both of these artists is the fact that they have been able to gain fans by going against the grain and finding their own personality that is depicted through music. The problems between these two artists came from a rift in their friendship where Cudi said he feels as if Wale did not want to see him prosper and change in a positive way.

As such, he felt it would be in his best interest to long longer enjoy a friendship with Wale. In response, Wale said that this was simply a part of life and friendships come and go. He also said that he would keep Kid Cudi in his prayers and that he wished the best for him. While fans of these two artists lack all of the information behind the rift in this relationship, it is very interesting to watch this unravel. Cudi is a Rap artist that speaks about depression through his music. Perhaps it is the struggle with these feelings that have placed a strain on the relationship between these two artists. While each of these men has become successful by expressing their own personality, it is these personalities that have caused trouble in their friendship. There is a silver lining to this story, both men have been able to resolve their issues and they were able to put the problems in the past.
