Home of the largest permanent circus, Circus Circus embraces the carnival atmosphere. It's a very high energy, high noise, high traffic place. Circus performances every half hour from 11am until midnight. Surrounding the circus stage is the Carnival Midway that boasts some 200 arcade games. Adjacent to Circus Circus is their indoor theme park Adventure Dome. Separate charges and admission applies. This hotel is best suited for kids of the tween and teen sector. The hotel doesn't offer much in room amenities, just your standard beds, phone, and TV. There are over 3,000 guest rooms that are the best bargain money-wise to be had on the Strip. A midweek two night stay for two adults and two kids averages between $50 and $70 per night.

Boulder Station is sort of like an all inclusive mini-compound. The guest rooms number 300 and offer your standard hotel basic amenities. Rates start at $40 per night and do not include taxes. The hotel is decorated in a warm Victorian theme that gives guests a rather home-y feel. There is an 11 screen movie theater on the premises. Ticket prices are extra. Dining on the premises consists of five sit-down establishments offering varying fare from steaks to pizza and a food court that is home to many common household names like Burger King and Starbucks. There are two live music venues on the property - The Railhead and Boulder Blues. Also located at Boulder Station is a two story child care center called KidQuest. KidQuest has indoor play structures, the latest in video gaming equipment, quiet play areas, and special infant and toddler rooms - in addition to many hands on activities like arts and crafts. Children aged six weeks to twelve years are accepted at a rate of $7 per hour.

Guest rooms are an ample 450 sq ft and include normal hotel amenities, in addition to a seating area, iron, and hair dryer. . Cribs are available for a fee. The pool area with palm trees and tropical gardens is sure to be a hit with everyone. The midweek rate for two adults and two children is about $45 per night, which doesn't include taxes or resort fees.

The Red Rock Resort is an upscale hotel decorated in a modern Art Deco style. The resort is seated in the mountains, which provide a great view to each of the 850 rooms. Red Rock has an 18 screen theater with stadium seating and Dolby sound. Concessions are available and ticket prices are extra from lodging. Red Rock also has a 72 lane bowling alley, complete with all amenities and extras such as a professional bowling shop and trained staff. Concessions available. Themed bowling party nights are frequent. Red Rock also has a KidQuest childcare center.
